Radeditor toolbar border images missing when control is initial set to visible false.
Radeditor when initially set as visible="false", the toolbar border images never renders when the control is later set to Visible="true".

Hi,

I've tried to replicate the unwanted behaviour with the version you've specified but not avail.
Could you please provide us with a sample project and detailed steps to reproduce so that we could reproduce the issue on our side?

Bug in product version: 2013.2.611.45

It worked in the version we were using prior: 2012.2.912.40
