FIX "Times New Roman" font in RadEditor under Chrome
Currently the default font of RadEditor in Chrome is set to "Times New Roman". This font, however, is not set to the text.

Not reproducible in Q3 2014. Default font is "Segoe UI"

This concerns the behavior in Chrome, e.g. when invoking a bullet or number list.

But the RADeditor has overall problems with bullet/number lists. See Teleriks own demo: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/editor/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx
When invoking a bullet or number list, the whole text gets affected.
