FIX: Redundand nbsps are added to the content using backspace inside <ul> in IE9

RadEditor adds redundant nbsps when the cursor is positioned at the beginning of an unordered list and press backspace in IE9

Has this been fixed and if so what release?

nbsps are an issue in more than just the <ul>. Multiple &nbsps are being added when images are added in IE 9, when hitting enter in Chrome 27.
