Problem with the cursor position when text is pasted in the content of RadEditor with ContentAreaMode="Div" under Firefox and Chrome

When text is pasted in RadEditor with ContentAreaMode="Div" under Firefox and Chrome, the cursor will be positioned before the pasted text.

The issue will be fixed in Q1 2014 SP1
