Table Style Builder/Border/Border Width not displaying correctly in Internet Explorer 9-10

In RadEditor, when creating a table, then going to the Table Properties/Style builder/Border option, the Border Width information is pushed down and not all options are accessible.

I am setting the status to Completed since the problem is not reproducible with the latest version of the editor.
