FIX the click triggering of RadButton when enter key is pressed in FireFox and WebKit browsers
Currently the click event is not triggered when RadButton is focused and enter key is pressed. This behavior is observed in FireFox and WebKit browsers only.

This is creating a big problem for our platform as all our clients that require keyboard entry for disabled users are having these user not be able to use our application.
