Hi Gerald,
Yes, the issue is resolved as part of the R3 2021 SP1 - Accessibility Improvements in the Telerik AJAX controls.
Please ensure that the RadGrid WAI-ARIA support is enabled by setting EnableAriaSupport="true" and that your app is running the latest Telerik UI for ASP.NET AJAX version.
