Add functionality to the Java Spring Boot sample application to support server-side data operations, such as sorting, filtering, and pagination. Currently, the demo uses the process method to do the operations on the client.

I am happy to say that server data helpers were added to the Java Spring Boot application today:
Feel free to check how they work in the controllers and run the application to test them. It is worth mentioning that they are custom and not officially supported or considered an official API to the product. Some side effects can be present, and the implementation is meant to provide some context on how such helpers can be implemented in Java.
