tabstrip scrolling does not automatically adjust to the number of tabs

The "auto" scrolling mode of the TabStrip works fine when we resize the container or the window - i.e. the scroll buttons appear if the tabs do not fit ij the container. However, they do not appear if we add tabs dynamically and this is a bug. If we add tabs dynamically, then once the tabs dont fit in the container, the scroll biuttons should appear. Below is the example in stackblitz:

Hi Alex,

Thank you for the provided feedback about our TabStrip component.

This is a known bug that is logged in our GitHub repository:

https://github.com/telerik/kendo-angular/issues/3469

In our next developer meeting, I will bring this issue up for it to be prioritized and resolved sooner. I cannot promise that it will be prioritized and hopefully our planning allows it. In the meantime there is a workaround in the GitHub issue, that can be used until the bug is resolved.
