MultiSelect: [popupSettings]="{appendTo: 'component' } breaks value binding

Hi,

When "popupSettings.appendTo" is set to 'component' then the value binding is broken and the "valueChange" event is not triggered.  It is not possible to select an item and the underlaying model is not updated.

Hi Holger,

Indeed the behavior is a bug on our side that affects more than one of our DropDowns package components. That is why I've opened an issue with all affected components where the progress can be tracked:

https://github.com/telerik/kendo-angular/issues/3738

This bug report will also be updated when a fix is available.
