Prevent state change of panel bar

On state change of panel bar would like to confirm user if they want to navigate and only if user confirms yes then change state. otherwise cancel state change event.

 

Is there any other way to achieve this?

Hi Charu,

By default the PanelBar doesn't support prevention of the expansion of its panels. Indeed that would be a valuable addition to the Kendo UI for Angular suite. Thus we are tracking the demand for this same feature logged at the following link:

I have also provided a workaround that demonstrates how to prevent the expansion of an item in the referenced post above.
