Dialog: LanguageService fails to be injected into DialogTitleBarComponent

Starting with version "4.2.3" the LanguageService fails to be injected into the DialogTitleBarComponent.

This can be easily reproduced in the Single Component Rendering demo.

Hello Holger,

This was a known Kendo Angular issue which is now fixed. Please update the kendo-angular-dialog package to version 5.0.0. The Single Component Rendering demo has been updated as well.
