Hi Diego,
Please excuse us for this inconvenience during the webinar. If this was discussed back then, it was an error on our end.
Regarding the KB article, it was published last week along with the R3 release items.
Regards,

Here a message from a progress presenter (i don't remember the name now)
Actually, I remember I was asking about that feature during the webinar of r2 2021 and presenters confirmed that was planned for r3 2021.
Raw implementation of drag and drop is online for months but honestly, we need support from the tree list componet, I don't want to maintain so many lines of code.

Hello Diego,
This feature has not been planned for R3 2021. We will update the status of the feedback item accordingly if we start working on it.
A possible implementation of rows drag and drop in a TreeList can be found in the following Knowledge base article:

We will soon begin a steady side-by-side migration of our app from AngularJS to Angular. Though drag and drop reordering in the Kendo UI jQuery version of the TreeList is a relatively new feature, it's become very popular in our app, and having this feature not dropped when we eventually transition to Angular would be a huge win for us. Not an imminent concern for us right now, but it will be in the not so distant future.
