Block out period of time
Add a function to block out a period of time during the and assign a label to it. (e.g. a lunch break)

Hi Paul,

It seems that there is already such built-in functionality that doesn't allow to edit a specific time period. That can be achieved by preventing the default behavior when trying to edit an event. Please check the restriction functionality of the Scheduler based on such approach at the following article:

https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/scheduler/editing/restrictions/

Please check that functionality and provide some more additional details in case the requirement cannot be achieved using the restriction feature of the Scheduler. Thank you.
