Editor support multiple toolbars

When I put the 'Insert File' and 'Insert Link' in different kendo-toolbars, the later does not enable when text is selected.

Please refer the example for repro:

Please provide support for multiple <kendo-toolbar> components.

We are declining this request due to low interest and demand. If it turns out to be popular in the future, we will reconsider the status.

As of R2 2023, the default icon type will be SVG instead of Font. See this blogpost for more information.
