Jalali Calendar is not working!

Dear Support Team,

Although I changed my locate to 'fa-IR', the kendo UI date picker did not change to Hijri or Jalali Calendar and it just translated the text of the gregorian calendar!

Is this a bug? or I should do something to use the Persian calendar?

Hi Ali,

Thank you for the logged feature request.

Indeed, the DatePicker and Calendar components support just the layout of a Gregorian calendar. Thus changing the locale updates just the built-in messages of the component. Unfortunately, at the moment we have no future plans to develop a DatePicker that supports a Jalali type of calendar.
