1. Run application and open the schedule component
2. Start drag the element on schedule to new place and drop it.
After that whole schedule component will blink(in Chrome, for example, all OK).

Thanks for the provided feedback.
I consulted this behavior with the assigned developer and I can say that the component is not rerendered.
In general, the IE browser is well known for its performance issue when it comes to rendering Angular applications. That is why there is some lag when the Scheduler tries to update its layout. Also, the performance gets worse when the example is run from the site. The same example is tested through a local project in IE with almost no blinking behavior.
Let me know if any further assistance is required for Kendo UI for Angular.
