In general, the main benefit of building and using WebComponents is the fact that they are platform-independent, and it should not matter what framework they are built with (if any - could be vanilla JavaScript).
We do not plan on building such a suite at the moment, but there are some good candidates for WebComponents if such an endeavour is pursued in the future - for example the Charts.
As there is no obvious need or common use case that we are aware of, that necessitates using the Kendo UI for Angular components as WebComponents (as opposed to - in an Angular application as they are meant to), we will have to decline this feature request for the time being.
We will gladly reconsider, if a clear use case that many customers have demand for appears.
