Mobile Touch Events for Angular2

Intruduce Mobile Touch Events for Angular2 as in https://docs.telerik.com/kendo-ui/api/javascript/mobile/ui/touch

Hi Michael,

There are no plans to port the touch events to Angular. The recommended approach is to use HammerJS, as this is already referenced by Angular.
