'Expand all' action for TreeView
Add the posibility to expand all nodes in a TreeView component.

Hi,

We are declining this request due to low interest and demand. If it turns to be popular in the future, we will reconsider the status.

In order to achieve the desired functionality, the use of expandedKeys and expandBy input properties could be used as demonstrated in the following example:
