Allow selection of month or year in datepicker
Allow the selection of a month and/or year in the datepicker.

The datepicker in kendo ui for JQuery allows us to select a month (without day segment).

This can be implemented by defining the navigation depth of the calendar view. See this documentation section and demo as a reference: https://www.telerik.com/kendo-angular-ui/components/dateinputs/datepicker/#toc-active-calendar-view-and-navigation-depth
