Add Material Theme
Our team would love to be able to use a Material theme, similar to the theme found in Kendo JQuery.

With the latest R2 2018 release we have officially themed all of the Kendo UI for Angular components with the Material theme:

This follows the latest guidelines of Google's Material Design design language.
