Drag&Drop
I would like to have dedicated Drag&Drop component instead of doing some weird wrapper around Sortable.

I need drag and drop feature something like DragDropManager in telerik silverlight.

Imagine that you want to drag an item from NGComponent1 to NGComponent2. I would like just to  define my drop areas on NGComponent2 and my drag event on NGComponent1. This without introducing a <kendo-sortable> on both components and then build a wrapper around it (as seen here: http://stackoverflow.com/a/41035305/2976916).
