The Window component for Angular was added with the R1 2018 release! Check out this link for demos and API references:

Currently we are having to use both Kendo UI for JQuery and Kendo UI for Angular 2 as this component is missing.  Our WebApp is essentially a desktop style interface so the Window component is critical for us.  Seeing as Dialog is already a component in the new library it shouldn't be too much to extend this to behave as a Window.  Also if the Window component could be enhanced so it can be contained inside a parent div (Allowing for Toolbars to remain visible at the bottom) that would be fantastic.  Currently we are looking for alternatives but would rather continue to use Kendo for this component.
