Scheduler: Add Timeline view definition

To have a real alternative for wpf, the scheduler should support timeline view. Not for the mobile, but for tablet and browser applications.

In my application i have the resources on the left and de timeline on the top. This is neccesary to migrate to MAUI and be later to Uno or whatsoever

Hi John,

I agree this is a valid request for the Telerik MAUI Scheduler, so I have changed the status of the item to Unplanned. 

At this time I cannot commit a time-frame when the feature will be implemented. When here is an update, this will be addressed in the public item.
