The Menu flickers on page load

### Bug report

The Menu flickers on page load (i.e., when reloading the page, when navigating through the application pages).

### Reproduction of the problem

Attached is a demo that replicates the issue.

### Expected/desired behavior

The Menu should be rendered smoothly.

### Environment

* **Kendo UI version: 2022.1.412
* **jQuery version: 3.5.1
* **Browser: [all]

The solution for me was to add the following to the _layout.cshtml file:

    <script>
      $("#main-menu").kendoMenu(); //Initialize the Menu
    </script>

Thank you for pointing this one out to our attention.

I will share with the Team the increase in priority for the case. Usually, the most voted items are with the highest priority.

In the meantime, feel free to use the API of the Menu Component and set its animation effects as per the requirements:

Der Fehler ist leider in einer aktuellen Kendo UI Version noch vorhanden. Unsere Kunden machen hier Druck. Bitte dies priorisieren.

The issue is unfortunately still present in a current version of Kendo UI. Our customers are putting pressure on us regarding this. Please prioritize this.
