TextArea wrapper does not render correctly in v2021.1.224

Reproduction of the problem

Declare a Html.Kendo().TextArea() in ASP.NET project

Current behavior
The TextArea value does not retain.

Expected/desired behavior
TexArea shall render as in previous Kendo Ui versions

Hello,

Just a quick update that the issue has been fixed and it will be available with the upcoming Service Pack release scheduled for 31st of March 21.

I have the exact same problem. 

It is easy to replicate. Just create a new aspnet.core.221.224 standard project, and add the simplest textarea() in the main page.
