That said, you can still use Telerik UI for .NET MAUI components in your project even if the Visual Studio extensions are disabled. The extensions are required for design-time features (such as the Toolbox and menu), not for building or running your application.
For the workaround, I can disable the extension but still use Telerik components in my solutions?

This behavior of Telerik UI for .NET MAUI toolbox that shows once a xaml file is opened in Visual Studio is by design. Currently there is no built in option for customizing this behavior. I am crerating a feature request from your inquiry which we will consider for future implementation.
