The scenario seems like a complete application logic. For example if we have a camera control, then you could use the control and implement additional logic for video calling. For example you can take a look at the Azure Communications Service documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/communication-services/samples/ui-library-cross-platform?pivots=platform-maui. You can also search for another options for video calling in .NET MAUI applications.

In Telerik .NET MAUI we do not have a camera control and video calling functionality. Could you please explain what is the exact scenario you want to achieve with video calling? Are you looking for a camera control or some extended functionality.
