Entry: [WinUI] [MacCatalyst] Provide a way to enter only numeric values when keyboard is numeric

Currently, when setting Numeric keyboard, on Mac and windows you can also enter non-numeric characters.

Provide an option when keyboard is numeric, the entry to replace its internal input control, so only numeric values to be entered.

The team agreed to Decline this feature request after further research.

The solution is using MaskedEntry, NumericInput or RadEntry.TextChanging event.
