Hello Nico,
Thank you for the provided details. Really appreciated. I talked to the dev team and we agreed this is a feature request. As now the appointment height in the time ruler is calculated based on the duration.
Sure. Since the control cannot deny a certain similarity to the Outlook calendar anyway, you can implement it like there. An appointment always has a minimum displayed duration of 30 minutes. If it does not last that long, then this is shown in the small indicator to the left of the appointment.

Hi Nico,
I am not sure I understand you comment. I explained how the appointment height is calculated.
Could you please share what should be the height of an appointment in the time ruler when the appointment has 0 duration?
should I laugh or cry? Well if that excuse is the answer, then the control is completely useless

Hello Nico,
I have reviewed the case with the dev team and the behavior is not an issue, it is expected for the week, multiday and day views. In the time ruler of the Scheduler the appointment height is calculated based on the appointment duration. When the duration is 0, the appointment height is 0.
I hope I was able to explain the case. I changed the status to Declined.
