AutoComplete: Provide an option to reduce the space above and below the text

For example expose vertical text alignment properties, padding, etc.

Hi Daniel,

The dev team has this item in the backlog as part of the new theming mechanism they are working on. When there is an update the item status will be changed.

We would value having this feature. We use the default MAUI entry controls, and right now, the spacing is very different, and does not look good
