The status of this item is set to Won't fix as the RadListView control is removed from the Telerik MAUI suite with 14.0.0 version of Telerik MAUI controls. 

Use the RadCollectionView control instead: https://www.telerik.com/maui-ui/documentation/controls/collectionview/overview

The issue is still with status Unplanned. I cannot say when fix will be applied. 

With 2024 Q2 release of Telerik MAUI , we have released a new control - CollectionView. The control provides grouping feature. Here is the Telerik MAUI roadmap for 2024: https://www.telerik.com/support/whats-new/maui-ui/roadmap

We're gearing up to enrich our UI component library with the addition of the RadCollectionView, a new powerful addition to our suite of UI components. Designed to be on par with our current RadListView in terms of functionality, the RadCollectionView will go several steps further by incorporating a slew of enhancements aimed at resolving existing issues, boosting performance, and facilitating effortless customization.

I can suggest you test the setup you have with the new CollectionView. Still the Sticky Group Headers are not available in the Grouping feature.
