DataGrid: Provide a way to customize the inner scrollbars
 I need to change the size of the DataGrid scrollbars to be wider and customize their color.

Hi,

I need this feature. I have an older userbase for my application. Tables being scrollable when the scrollbar is barely visible will be unintuitive for them. The ability to customize them for datagrids in both light and dark mode would be a huge UX improvement for my app and any app that is used by an older audience.
