RichTextEditor: Provide support for HTML global Style
For example changing the default font, set margin to all p elements, etc

Based on another conversation, this should also fix:

<telerik:RadRichTextEditor FontSize="48"/>

so that the default editor font size is now 48. Hopefully, that's correct.

Currently, you can apply style, directly to the HTML element: 
<p  style="color: red;">This is a paragraph</p>
