Chart: Provide an option to disable the tooltip
Could have some property on a tooltip like "isEnabled" that I could change to allow the tapping behavior to take effect. Or another property of TriggerMode that is "None"

For example, Pinch and Zoom behavior you can set to "None" to disable the behavior. It would be extremely helpful to have a similar property to enable/disable a tooltip behavior.
