TreeView: Add Expand and Collapse methods for items

This is a feature request to include the Expand(item) and Collapse(item) methods that were available in Xamarin.Forms' TreeView.

Hello Gert,

The Unplanned status means valid feature request not scheduled for implementation yet. When there is an update the status will be changed.

Hi,

why is this unplanned? The feature to expand all items in the tree view is not helpful in most cases.
