AutoComplete: [MacCatalyst] [iOS] Disabled control is still enabled

when setting IsEnabled to false, the control is still enabled. It should be disabled. Works fine on Android and WinUI.

Workaround

Set InputTransparent to True.

        <telerik:RadAutoComplete x:Name="auto" Placeholder="hello" InputTransparent="True"/>
