ImageEditor: [Android] Issue with Crop toolbar in Landscape mode
When in landscape mode for cropping (and possibly others) the toolbar flashes so you cannot use it.  This appears to be an android problem only as IOS it works. See attached video showing when in landscape mode the crop toolbar flashes making it unusable. I am using an android galaxy Tab A, model SM-T510.

Hi Dan,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have escalated it to the development team and they've confirmed as an issue with the way layout measurements happens on Android when the orientation changes (you shouldn't see it if the app is launched to landscape).

This Feedback Portal item is now tied directly to the development backlog item, so you will automatically get notified as they make progress on it and the Portal Status value changes.
