DataGrid: IsCaseSensitive property doesn't work through the built-in filtering UI and when filter descriptors are used
IsCaseSensitive property doesn't work in the DataGrid control.
Workaround: Use Programmatic Filtering
Disable the built in filtering UI and apply a custom UI with programmatic filtering.
