ListView: [iOS] [MacCatalyst] Slow performance when groups are sticky and group header template is used

There is a slow performance when scrolling, expand/collapse items when the ListView Groups are sticky and GroupHeaderTemplate is used.

Workaround:
1. Set IsGroupHeaderStickty to false.

2.. Use the default group header template

Hi Rob,

The status of this item is set to Won't fix as the RadListView control is removed from the Telerik MAUI suite with 14.0.0 version of Telerik MAUI controls.

Use the RadCollectionView control instead: https://www.telerik.com/maui-ui/documentation/controls/collectionview/overview
