Expander: [MacCatalyst][iOS] Performance issues in Debug when expander content has more than 10 items

RadExpander controls is rendering too slow in mac debug mode 

When changing the view, it takes a lot of time to render the interface after the constructor is executed

Hello Johnny,

The item is in our backlog and it is escalated to the development team. In the support ticket we explained that the issue is related to the Layouts used. Same behavior occurs with the Expander from the Community Toolkit.

The item status of this bug will be updated accordingly.

Dear Telerik team, 

this is a show stopper for us, please provide us a solution. Putting on the feature list doesn't mean that much.
