Changes made in XAML are not applied with Hot Reload

when changes are made in the xaml, they are not applied live in the running app using the Hot Reload

Hello all,

Update regarding Hot Reload:

We have tested the controls and changes in xaml apply to most of the controls - Pickers, Editors, CollectionView, DataGrid, Expander, DataForm etc.

Based on the tests, the Popup and SideDrawer do not apply changes inside their direct content.

For the popup control, the popup properties apply, for example properties like outside background color. When trying to customize the content inside the popup, there is no effect, this is due to the native popup usage per platform.

Regarding to the SideDrawer control, changes inside the main and drawer content do not apply and the reason is the native control implementation. The side drawer uses native side drawer controls per platform.

This item is logged for all controls, so I have changed the status to Completed. If you observe any different behavior, separate item per control will be logged.
