RadComboBox missing arrow icon in window when create publish with

-p:SelfContained=true -p:WindowsAppSDKSelfContained=true

Hello Ray,

The bug is a bug in the .NET MAUI. It is logged here: https://github.com/dotnet/maui/issues/9104

I have changed the status to this item to Won't fix as this issue is not in Telerik .NET MAUI controls.
