Entry: Provide multiline/scrolling support

I'm looking to replace the Xamarin RadRichTextEditor control in my Maui app. The Maui native Editor control is good but doesn't scroll.

And to be honest, the RadRichTextEditor gave me more trouble than it was worth (I loved the functionality, but it wasn't a good fit for my implementation).

So, adding the appropriate support to RadEntry to make it more of a 'multiline text editor' or even a 'mini word processor' would be awesome.

Hello all,

In general, this feature request was logged for providing a multiline entry that can scroll the text. The feature was logged due to known issues related to the .NET MAUI Editor when the Editor is inside ScrollView and wrapped in a Border. We have created a knowledge base article that shows how to solve the known behaviors elated to scrolling the editor text when the editor is inside ScrollView. Here is the article: .NET MAUI Editor Inside ScrollView. Please review the suggested approaches and let us know whether something is missing as a solution or if there are any other issues that should be addressed with the approach Editor inside ScrollView.
