DataGrid: Provide keyboard navigation support on desktop

For efficient data entry, users would expect to be able to use arrows/enter to navigate the grid and not just click to edit.

With Telerik UI for .NET Maui 6.1.0 we have added support for DataGrid keyboard navigation on MacCatalyst : https://docs.telerik.com/devtools/maui/controls/datagrid/keyboard-navigation/maccatalyst

With Telerik .NET MAUI 2.1.0 version we have introduced keyboard navigation support for WinUI.
