CryptoTracker Example Won't Run (New Trial)

I'm running a new preview installation of Visual Studio Preview (latest) as recommended by the docs. When trying to run the CryptoTracker example for the first time, I receive this error. I'm trying to run this on an iOS simulator that connected without any issues while pairing. Any help would be appreciated :)

Hello Chris,

This is due to the nature of using preview SDKs and fast moving/breaking changes between releases. I'm marking this as declined because it is unrelated to the Telerik controls, but let me explain the reason and what happens next.

Currently the version you're using is Telerik UI for MAUI v0.5.0, which is built using .NET MAUI preview13. However, Microsoft just released .NET MAUI preview 14, which is what you have installed on your machine, which came with a bunch of breaking changes.

You'll unfortunately have to wait until we release Telerik UI for MAUI v0.6.0 before having compatibility with preview14. In the 0.6.0 release you'll find the same CryptoTracker demo (which will be ready for use with preview14).

We hope to have it available today within a day or two, though it's possible it can take a little longer if there are some unforeseen roadblocks. Keep an eye on the Telerik UI for MAUI Release History page, or check our NuGet server, to know when the next version is available.

Important Side Note

Once 0.6.0 is available, that doesn't mean an end to MacOS/iOS/MacCatalyst problems. You will want to pay close attention to any platform -specific issues mentioned in .NET MAUI release notes. Specifically, for preview14, there are several that are listed in the MAUI release notes (scroll to the bottom) that needs a Visual Studio 2022 Preview servicing release to fix. In the meantime, to workaround this, you can run the demo directly on the Mac itself using the command line (see our instructions here).
