Let me explain why this is not a bug. If you read the error message's details, you can see that you still have MAUI Preview10 installed:
The latest version of UI for MAUI (v0.3.0) requires MAUI Preview11.
Recommendation - Warning: Do Not Update To Preview11
Microsoft has not released Visual Studio support for Preview 11 yet, you can learn more about why this happened and their strong recommendation not to update right now here => https://github.com/dotnet/maui/releases/tag/6.0.101-preview.11.3
My recommendation is that you stay on Preview 10 and use UI for MAUI 0.2.0 for a week or two. Then, when Microsoft syncs up MAUI and Visual Studio Preview release, you can update to get .NET MAUI Preview11 (or maybe it will be preview 12 by then)
The only reason I would recommend updating to preview11 is if you are 100% comfortable working only in the command line and you are building downstream UI components that require features of preview11 right now.
