Update global.json to new version of .NET SDK

Please update the global.json file in your demo application to the new Version of the .NET SDK

Thank you for the feedback.

Today we have release a new version of the Telerik UI for MAUI Preview controls and we have updated the .NET SDK version to 6.0.100-preview.6.21355.2.

Please download the latest Telerik UI for MAUI version. Test on your side the controls and the Demo App and share your feedback.
