Form UIHint
Add support for "UIHint" in the form, in order to enable using a Telerik UI Core component in a partial view as editor of a Form field

Just looking for a way to use a strongly typed EditorTemplate as the editor Form control like you can with a Grid column using UIHint. Some Kendo controls have previously had an EditorTemplateName extension method as well.
